without the proper nutrition you have not much chance for your body

As
we all get older we are heading for more challenges..In every stage
of our lives we all wish to live a healthy happy life.. but as we
age.. we need to put more effort into managing everyday tasks which
were so normal and obvious only a few years ago, such as just simply
getting out of bed, or a chair, lifting heavier objects, or just
walking comfortably … with the proper resistance training you can
maintain or even improve your fitness even into older age .. just
remember.... never give up :)
PREGNANCY
AND NEW MUMS
I
have been pregnant 4times myself , so I know all to well how a
woman's body changes, and with the arrival of the little baby how
challenging is it to get your body back .. but believe me, with a
little bit of effort ..and MOTIVATION :).... you can do it … there
is no reason why you shouldn't look as you did before … I am in my
Forties... and I have never felt better about myself... because I AM
MOTIVATED
ABOUT
MYSELF
I
was born in Czechoslovakia in 1971... I have lived in Australia from
1996, having 3 girls, age 24, 11 and 4 … and also I gave birth to
little boy Alex, who unfortunately passed away at the age of 11 weeks
due to an incurable genetic condition called Spinal Muscular Atrophy
…. And it was Alex who motivated me so much, my weekly visits to
the gym became a real passion for fitness …. Because the worse I
felt the harder I worked out... and the workouts helped me
enormously.... all those happy hormones helped me through the
toughest times ….then I realized .. fitness is my lifestyle.... my
passion... my motivation...to motivate others
